Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie als business banker in regio Tienen zoeken we een klantgerichte en ondernemende professional die financiële expertise combineert met commerciële flair.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële, economische of commerciële richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring in de bancaire sector, financiële dienstverlening, B2B-relatiebeheer of een vergelijkbare commerciële functie
  • Je beschikt over een sterk commercieel inzicht en weet zakelijke opportuniteiten om te zetten in concrete resultaten
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt interesse in de financiële gezondheid en strategie van ondernemingen
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet complexe financiële informatie op een begrijpelijke manier over te brengen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met je klanten
  • Je bent sterk in onderhandelen en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen op verschillende niveaus
