Als Admin & Sales Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve ondersteuning op vlak van uitvoering en verkoop met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Je bent de schakel tussen de werfteams, projectleiders, het verkoopteam, klanten en interne diensten (Finance, Sales, Operations), en zorgt zowel voor de administratieve opvolging van projecten als voor de voorbereiding van verkoopdossiers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Projectadministratie

  • Beheer de NI-mailbox
  • Registreer projecten in de nodige systemen
  • Ondersteun in de opmaak van het veiligheidsplan en risicoanalyse bij de opstart van de projecten
  • Ondersteun bij Release to Manufacturing (RTM)
  • Ondersteun de projectleider in de bestelling van lokaal aan te kopen materiaal
  • Beheer Check-in@work
  • Communiceer de voortgang van de projecten naar facturatie
  • Maak en classificeer de nodige attesten en documenten
  • Vervolledig As Built-dossiers
  • Verstuur de nodige documentatie naar de klant
  • Ondersteun in de behandeling van claims

Sales Support

  • Ondersteun het verkoopteam bij de opmaak van offertes
  • Bereid verkoopdossiers voor
  • Registreer offertes en opportuniteiten binnen de rapporteringstool
  • Ondersteun in de administratieve voorbereiding van lastenboeken
  • Beheer en optimaliseer de bestaande (contract)templates en calculatietool
  • Stel contracten op en registreer bestellingen
  • Bereid dossiers voor en ondersteun de overdracht naar uitvoering
  • Controleer of offertes en dossiers volledig en conform zijn

  • Sterke kennis van het Nederlands en Frans (min. B2) en goede kennis van het Engels (min. B1)
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Goede kennis van MS365 en specifieke applicaties
