Onze klant is een groeiende carrosserie en garageonderneming waar kwaliteit, persoonlijke service en een goede teamsfeer centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een team van hardwerkende, vriendelijke collega’s waar iedereen welkom is en ideeën gewaardeerd worden.

De locatie is vlot bereikbaar met de fiets, auto, step of bromfiets. Het openbaar vervoer bevindt zich op ongeveer 450 meter en er is gratis parking.

Tijdens het sollicitatiegesprek krijg je meer informatie over de onderneming, maak je kennis met het team en krijg je een rondleiding. Daarna wordt bekeken of er een goede match is.

  • het analyseren van schades;
  • het voorbereiden en opvolgen van expertises;
  • het onderhandelen met experten;
  • het opvolgen van bijkomende schade tijdens de demontage of herstelling;
  • het aanvragen en opvolgen van bijkomende goedkeuringen;
  • het bepalen en bestellen van de juiste onderdelen;
  • het opvolgen van de beschikbaarheid en levertermijnen;
  • de technische voorbereiding van dossiers vóór de wagen naar de werkplaats gaat;
  • het mee beheren en bewaken van de werkplaatsplanning;
  • het opvolgen van de herstellingen;
  • het bezorgen van de juiste informatie aan de vakmensen;
  • de nacalculatie van afgewerkte dossiers;

  • Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de werkplaats, de administratie en de experten.

  • Je hebt ervaring in carrosserie, schadebeheer, expertises of het opmaken van bestekken.
  • Kennis van UBench, Claims360 en PlanManager is een mooie troef.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers en volgt ze actief op.
  • Je wacht niet af, maar onderneemt zelf actie en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier vooruitgaat.

  • Heeft ervaring in carrosserie, schadebeheer, expertises of het opmaken van bestekken.
  • Kent bij voorkeur UBench, Claims360 en PlanManager.
  • Neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt dossiers zelfstandig op.
