Als schadebeheerder combineer je administratieve precisie met klantgerichtheid:

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Openen, onderzoeken en beoordelen van schadedossiers in verschillende verzekeringstakken (Brand, Auto, Familiale, …)
  • Werken met diverse beheerspakketten zoals Brio, Brokercloud, Sigura of andere systemen
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van dossiers en contact onderhouden met klanten, makelaars, agenten en verzekeraars
  • Bespreken van dossiers en evalueren van samenwerking met partners
  • Rapporteren van de voortgang van dossiers en tijdig signaleren van knelpunten

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Minstens 1 jaar ervaring als schadebeheerder
  • Taalvaardig in Nederlands en Frans (Engels is een plus)
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en klantgericht
  • Commerciële flair en goed in communiceren met partners
  • Enthousiast, verantwoordelijk en een echte teamplayer
