  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en herstellingen aan daken, gevels, vloeren, plafonds en muren
  • Assisteren bij bouwwerken en afbraakprojecten
  • Onderhouden en plaatsen van machines, koeltechnieken, koelcellen en ventilatoren
  • Schoonmaken en opkuisen van werven, inclusief opleveringsopkuis na renovatie of brand
  • Ontmossen van oppervlakken en verzorgen van stalen gebinten
  • Kleine schrijnwerken en onderhoud van lichtstraten
