Onze klant is een groeiende carrosserie en garageonderneming waar kwaliteit, persoonlijke service en een goede teamsfeer centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een team van hardwerkende, vriendelijke collega’s waar iedereen welkom is en ideeën gewaardeerd worden.

De locatie is vlot bereikbaar met de fiets, auto, step of bromfiets. Het openbaar vervoer bevindt zich op ongeveer 450 meter en er is gratis parking.

Tijdens het sollicitatiegesprek krijg je meer informatie over de onderneming, maak je kennis met het team en krijg je een rondleiding. Daarna wordt bekeken of er een goede match is.

Als Service Advisor & Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke Mechaniek ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en coördineer je de dagelijkse werking van de mechaniekafdeling.

  • Je ontvangt klanten wanneer zij hun wagen binnenbrengen, luistert naar hun vragen, klachten en technische problemen, en zet die informatie om in een duidelijke technische opdracht.
  • Je houdt klanten gedurende de werkzaamheden op de hoogte van de voortgang, bespreekt bij afhaling welke werken zijn uitgevoerd en geeft de nodige technische uitleg.
  • Je plant de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de mechaniekafdeling, bepaalt prioriteiten, stuurt één mechanieker aan en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen, voert diagnoses uit, zoekt gericht naar de oorzaak en werkt waar mogelijk zelfstandig een oplossing of alternatief uit.
  • Je zoekt online naar de juiste onderdelen via websites en onderdelenplatformen, vergelijkt onderdelen en prijzen en beperkt vertragingen door alternatieven, zoals tweedehands onderdelen, te zoeken.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met professionele fleetpartners, geeft informatie over technische problemen en uitgevoerde werken, en volgt hun dossiers correct op.
  • Wanneer de planning het toelaat, ondersteun je ook de carrosserieafdeling met klantencontact, administratieve opvolging, afspraken en onderdelenopzoeking, en help je bij de verkoop van jonge tweedehandswagens.
