In deze functie als Service Advisor Automotive in Wilrijk ben je dagelijks het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over onderhoud en herstellingen aan hun voertuig.

  • Je ontvangt klanten professioneel en hartelijk en begeleidt hen bij hun aanvraag voor onderhoud of herstelling.
  • Je luistert naar de behoeften van de klant en geeft duidelijk advies over onderhouds- en herstellingswerken.
  • Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoons en helpt klanten verder met vragen over onderhoud, herstellingen en de planning.
  • Je contacteert klanten proactief om hen op de hoogte te houden van de status van hun voertuig.
  • Je plant de werkzaamheden in de werkplaats efficiënt in, rekening houdend met de beschikbare capaciteit en de nodige onderdelen.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging, verwerkt facturen, stelt offertes op en bespreekt die helder met de klant.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Service Advisor Automotive in Wilrijk zijn onderstaande vereisten belangrijk.
