Dit is wat je doet als Service Advisor Carrosserie in Putte:

  • Je verwelkomt klanten aan de receptie en begeleidt hen bij de aanmelding van hun voertuig voor carrosserieherstellingen.
  • Je stelt schadedossiers samen en zorgt voor de nodige documenten, foto's en administratieve gegevens.
  • Je maakt offertes en bestekken op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je beheert de dossiers van A tot Z en waakt over een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Je plant vervangwagens in en zorgt voor een efficiënt beheer van de beschikbaarheid.
  • Je bestelt de nodige onderdelen in overleg met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.
  • Je stemt de planning van de herstellingen af met de werkplaats en volgt de voortgang van de dossiers op.
  • Je informeert klanten over de status van hun dossier en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie gedurende het volledige herstelproces.
  • Je staat in voor de facturatie van afgewerkte dossiers en controleert of alle gegevens correct verwerkt zijn.
  • Je onderhoudt een vlotte samenwerking met collega's, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen.

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en weet klanten op een professionele en persoonlijke manier verder te helpen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, ook wanneer je meerdere dossiers tegelijk beheert.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en houdt ervan om structuur en overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je communiceert vlot, duidelijk en discreet met klanten en collega's.
  • Je hebt interesse in de automotive sector en affiniteit met carrosserieherstellingen.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met courante computerprogramma's en administratieve toepassingen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.

Heb je al ervaring als service advisor, carrosserie dossierbeheerder, schadebeheerder of receptionist binnen een garage of carrosseriebedrijf? Dan heb je zeker een streepje voor.

Kennis van programma's zoals Plan Manager en Informex is een pluspunt. Ook kandidaten met een sterke administratieve achtergrond en de motivatie om zich verder te verdiepen in carrosseriedossiers komen in aanmerking.
