Onze klant wil de favoriete supermarkt van België en Luxemburg worden. En ze zijn goed op weg. Elke 3 weken openen ze een nieuwe winkel. Jobomschrijving

Als storemanager zal je volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Je neemt de leiding over een volledige supermarkt en coördineert een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers.
  • Je motiveert, coacht en ondersteunt je team om samen optimale resultaten te behalen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel altijd netjes, klantvriendelijk en commercieel aantrekkelijk is.
  • Je houdt toezicht op een efficiënte werkverdeling en bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse operationele processen en stemt regelmatig af met jouw direct leidinggevende.
