Dit bedrijf, gevestigd in Maasmechelen, maakt deel uit van een internationale groep die actief is binnen de agro-industrie. De organisatie specialiseert zich in de productie en verwerking van grondstoffen die gebruikt worden in de champignonteelt. Vanuit de Belgische site worden belangrijke operationele activiteiten aangestuurd en wordt er op grote schaal geproduceerd voor zowel de lokale markt als export wereldwijd.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een industriële productieomgeving zoeken we een elektrisch storingstechnieker met sterke interesse in meet- en regeltechniek. Naast het oplossen van elektrische storingen sta je in voor het opvolgen, controleren en bijsturen van procesparameters om een stabiele en efficiënte productie te garanderen.

Je werkt binnen de technische dienst, samen met collega-techniekers, en rapporteert aan het hoofd van de technische dienst.

Jouw taken

Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische storingen aan geautomatiseerde productielijnen

Opvolgen, interpreteren en bijregelen van procesparameters (temperatuur, druk, debiet, tijd, …)

Instellen, controleren en kalibreren van sensoren, meetinstrumenten en regelkringen

Foutanalyse in meet- en regelsystemen, elektrische schema’s en sturingen

Preventief en correctief elektrisch onderhoud

Signaleren van afwijkingen en voorstellen van procesverbeteringen

Registreren en rapporteren van uitgevoerde interventies

Meedraaien in een wachtdienst (ongeveer 1 week om de 8 weken)

De functie focust niet op mechanische herstellingen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor elektromechanica, elektriciteit, automatisatie of meet- en regeltechniek,

of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in een industriële omgeving

  • Je hebt ervaring of sterke interesse in procesopvolging, parameters en regeltechniek
  • Je kan elektrische schema’s lezen en begrijpen
  • Kennis van PLC-gestuurde installaties is een plus
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en probleemoplossend
  • Je functioneert goed in team maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent bereid te werken in wisselende ploegen (vroeg/laat)
