Als teamleader magazijn zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team en combineert een leidinggevende rol met actieve aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van de magazijniers
  • Dagelijkse taken verdelen en de planning opvolgen
  • Toezien op de voortgang en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig
  • Nieuwe collega’s begeleiden tijdens hun opstart
  • Actief meewerken aan inslag, orderpicking, verpakking en laden
  • Besturen van de heftruck en reachtruck
  • Waken over orde, veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Praktische problemen op de werkvloer oplossen
  • Rapporteren aan de logistiek manager

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren magazijnmedewerker met leidinggevende capaciteiten en een echte hands-on mentaliteit.

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een magazijnomgeving
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers
  • Goede ervaring met de heftruck en reachtruck
  • Een geldig attest is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans
  • Nauwkeurig, veilig en gestructureerd werken
  • Communicatief, motiverend en stressbestendig
  • Flexibel inzetbaar in een wisselend tweeploegenstelsel:Vroege ploeg: 5.00 tot 13.22 uur Late ploeg: 12.38 tot 21.00 uur
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardige ervaring is vereist
