  • Je stuurt een team van ±30 arbeiders en enkele bedienden aan, motiveert hen en geeft gerichte feedback.
  • Je maakt de dagelijkse planning en bewaakt de vlotte en veilige operationele flow.
  • Je rekruteert en onthaalt nieuwe collega’s en organiseert hun opleiding en onboarding.
  • Je ziet toe op veiligheid, kwaliteitsnormen (o.a. koudeketen) en orde in het magazijn.
  • Je detecteert verbeteringen in processen en beheert stockrapporten en tijdregistratie.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs en bij voorkeur ervaring in een gelijkaardige distributie- of leidinggevende functie.
  • Je hebt een bewezen trackrecord in het aansturen van teams van +25 personen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en bent sterk met Excel en het systematisch oplossen van complexe problemen.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands; Frans is een pluspunt en je communiceert helder naar verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken volgens het regime van het distributiecentrum, inclusief avondwerk en minstens één zaterdag per maand (of vaker indien nodig).
  • Je bent bereid je onboarding te volgen in het distributiecentrum van Genk tot de opening van het distributiecentrum in Herentals.
