Jobomschrijving

  • De werking van het magazijn organiseren volgens de doorgegeven planning en de vastgestelde doelstellingen naleven.
  • Coaching: je medewerkers ondersteunen en te helpen bij hun zelf-ontwikkeling.
  • De overdracht tussen de shifts verzekeren en de nodige informatie doorgeven.
  • Actief deelnemen aan teambriefings en anticiperen op de behoeften om een vlotte werking te garanderen.
  • Toezicht houden op het hele proces, van de voorbereiding tot het laden van de vrachtwagens.
  • Begeleiden van het orderpicken op de werkvloer, voorbereiden en plaatsen van pallets.
  • Beheren van specifieke zones (ZPROBLEM 1-2-3, Lost and Found).
  • Beheren van planningen en verlofaanvragen.
  • De procedures en werkingsregels van het magazijn doorgeven.
  • De veiligheidsnormen naleven, controleren of de PBM's worden gedragen en zorgen voor de opvolging bij arbeidsongevallen.
  • De jaarlijkse evaluaties uitvoeren en opleidingen organiseren.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je bent bereid om in ploegen te werken (05.00 - 13.00 uur / 13.00 - 21.00 uur).
  • Je beheerst IT-tools (scanners, logistieke software).
  • Je weet hoe je gemotoriseerde transportmiddelen moet gebruiken (CACES 1-3-5).
  • U bent in staat om KPI's te analyseren en uw strategie daarop aan te passen.
