Dit bedrijf is sinds 1964 actief in de maritieme sector en telt vandaag een team van 130 scheepswerktuigkundigen en maritieme specialisten. Vanuit Zeebrugge zorgen zij voor onderhoud, revisies en reparaties aan marineschepen, met een focus op mijnenjagers. Hun technici worden ingezet in binnen- en buitenland en passen zich flexibel aan vlootoperaties wereldwijd aan.

Als onderdeel van een internationale groep met expertise in lucht- en ruimtevaart en defensie, biedt dit bedrijf een dynamische werkomgeving en een carrière vol uitdaging en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Jobomschrijving

Als Technieker elektronica word je stap voor stap opgeleid en zal je onder andere:

  • Elektronische systemen installeren en aansluiten
  • Storingen opsporen en eenvoudige herstellingen uitvoeren
  • Meewerken aan onderhoud van navigatie- en communicatiesystemen
  • Interventies uitvoeren van de meet-en regeltechniek van de mijnenjagers
  • Interventies uitvoeren aan de ICT-toestellen aan boord.
  • Testen uitvoeren en resultaten rapporteren
  • Technische documentatie opvolgen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Skills:

  • je hebt een basisdiploma TSO of bachelor in de richting elektronica/ICT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • je voelt je helemaal thuis in fijne elektronica en je hebt een passie voor de maritieme wereld en zeeschepen in het algemeen
  • je beheerst de theoretische achtergrond en kan die snel in de praktijk toepassen
  • je volgt de nodige veiligheidsopleidingen en behaalt zo de vereiste kwalificatie om je job in alle veiligheid uit te voeren
  • je wordt in de toekomst opgeleid voor de apparatuur op de nieuwe mijnenjagers van de marine met o.a. de nieuwste dronetoepassingen
  • je bent een vlotte communicator, flexibel, leergierig, gemotiveerd en schrikt niet van een nieuwe uitdaging
