Als technisch commercieel medewerker binnendienst combineer je klantencontact, onderdelenbeheer en administratieve opvolging.

  • Je ondersteunt klanten telefonisch en per e-mail met commerciële en technische vragen
  • Je helpt monteurs en klanten bij het opzoeken van de juiste onderdelen
  • Je zoekt onderdelen op aan de hand van onderdelenlijsten, tekeningen en technische informatie
  • Je maakt offertes op, verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking
  • Je volgt het magazijn en de voorraad op en zet onderdelen tijdig klaar
  • Je behandelt garantiegevallen van aanvraag tot afhandeling en onderhoudt contact met leveranciers wanneer technische of commerciële informatie nodig is
  • Je denkt mee met klanten en collega’s om snel tot een geschikte technische oplossing te komen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van technisch commercieel medewerker binnendienst zoeken we een kandidaat met een technische affiniteit en een commerciële ingesteldheid.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaat werk- en denkniveau, of je hebt dit niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en landbouw; affiniteit met landbouwmachines is een plus
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent bereid je verder te verdiepen in machines en onderdelen. Ervaring met onderdelen, magazijnbeheer of landbouwmechanisatie is een pluspunt
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en helpt klanten en monteurs graag verder
  • Je schakelt snel, werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, en functioneert zowel zelfstandig als in team
