Sinds 2005 zorgt onze klant voor de exclusieve verdeling van machines voor het Europees continent.

Dankzij hun netwerk van meer dan 400 dealers, verspreid over meer dan 30 landen, behoort onze klant tot de leiders van de markt als het over de levering van artisanale bakkerijuitrusting gaat.

Dankzij hun compleet gamma aan bakkerijmachines is onze klant een vaste waarde als het om de uitrusting van uw bakkerij gaat. Op dit moment zijn er al meer dan 40.000 van hun machines geïnstalleerd in bakkerijen van Helsinki tot Athene en van Porto tot Odessa. Dagelijks stellen hun bakkerijmachines duizenden bakkers tevreden.

Hun doel is om de machines te blijven ontwikkelen en te optimaliseren. Door te luisteren naar professionele ambachtslui, kunnen ze machines aanbieden die afgestemd zijn op de evolutie van dit nobele ambacht.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met technische vragen na de aankoop van hun machine.
  • Je behandelt vragen via telefoon en e-mail, waarbij je regelmatig in het Frans communiceert.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en zoekt samen met collega's en leveranciers naar de juiste oplossing.
  • Je volgt klachten, retourzendingen en technische dossiers nauwkeurig op.
  • Je houdt technische documentatie, onderdelenlijsten en FAQ's up-to-date.
  • Je controleert checklists en volgt op of de nodige testprocedures correct worden uitgevoerd.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond en hebt interesse in machines en hun werking.

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans én Engels. Vooral een sterke kennis van het Frans is belangrijk!

Spreek je daarnaast ook Duits, Spaans of Italiaans? Dan heb je zeker een streepje voor.

Je communiceert professioneel en duidelijk, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.

Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en zoekt graag naar oplossingen.

Je bent klantvriendelijk en begrijpt dat een snelle en correcte service belangrijk is.

Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt ook graag met collega's.

Iemand die niet zomaar een technisch probleem doorschuift, maar zelf wil begrijpen wat er precies fout loopt.

Je hoeft niet op elke vraag onmiddellijk het antwoord te weten. Wat telt, is dat je de juiste vragen stelt, logisch nadenkt en blijft zoeken tot je een oplossing vindt.

Daarnaast ben je een sterke communicator. Of je nu een Franstalige klant geruststelt, een Engelstalige leverancier contacteert of met een collega overlegt: jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende talen en gesprekspartners.
