Jouw takenpakket

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van het horecasegment, met focus op hotels, restaurants, cafés en catering/collectieve catering
  • Je beheert en versterkt de bestaande klantenportefeuille en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio
  • Je prospecteert zowel telefonisch als op het terrein en weet nieuwe contacten om te zetten in concrete opportuniteiten
  • Je bezoekt gemiddeld 3 à 4 klanten per dag.
  • Je brengt de behoeften van klanten in kaart en stelt passende oplossingen en producten voor
  • Je maakt commerciële offertes op en volgt deze actief op
  • Je staat in voor de volledige commerciële opvolging van jouw klanten, van eerste contact tot verdere klantenbinding
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Je werkt met Odoo en Outlook en zorgt ervoor dat klant- en verkoopinformatie correct wordt geregistreerd
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de interne collega's en bent gemiddeld 2 dagen per week aanwezig op kantoor
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over nieuwe opportuniteiten en de verdere groei van het horecasegment

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en krijgt energie van klantencontact en prospectie
  • Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands/Frans
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het opmaken en opvolgen van commerciële offertes
  • Je bent zelfstandig, ondernemend en neemt spontaan initiatief
  • Je bent graag op de baan en haalt voldoening uit een gevarieerde functie met veel klantencontact
  • Ervaring binnen de horeca, catering of foodsector is een plus, maar vooral jouw commerciële drive en interesse in de sector zijn belangrijk
