Je komt terecht in een onderneming die sinds 2021 actief is in renovatie en gevelwerken. Het bedrijf specialiseert zich onder andere in dakbekleding en crepi. Daarnaast beschikt het over een afdeling die zich toelegt op schoonmaakdiensten, met een vestiging in Antwerpen.

Vandaag richt de onderneming zich voornamelijk op particuliere klanten, maar ze wil haar activiteiten verder uitbreiden naar de zakelijke markt.

Daar ligt voor jou een mooie commerciële uitdaging. Met jouw ervaring in de bouw- of schoonmaaksector help je het bedrijf nieuwe klanten te bereiken, duurzame samenwerkingen op te bouwen en bijkomende projecten binnen te halen.

Je krijgt dus de kans om mee te bouwen aan de commerciële groei van een onderneming die haar markt verder wil uitbreiden.

  • Actieve prospectie: je gaat op zoek naar potentiële klanten binnen de bouw- of schoonmaaksector.
  • Nieuwe klanten aantrekken: je legt contacten met particulieren en professionele klanten en ontdekt waar er mogelijkheden zijn voor samenwerking.
  • De zakelijke markt uitbreiden: je helpt het bedrijf om naast particuliere klanten ook meer professionele klanten aan te trekken.
  • Klantenrelaties opbouwen: je investeert in duurzame contacten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten vertrouwen krijgen in het bedrijf en zijn diensten.
  • Commerciële gesprekken voeren: je bespreekt de behoeften van klanten en stelt passende diensten en oplossingen voor.
  • Projecten binnenhalen: je volgt commerciële opportuniteiten op en werkt toe naar concrete opdrachten.
  • Je regio ontwikkelen: je bouwt je netwerk in Oost-Vlaanderen, West-Vlaanderen en eventueel in regio Limburg verder uit.
  • Resultaten opvolgen: je bespreekt de voortgang van je commerciële activiteiten met de zaakvoerder en houdt elkaar op de hoogte van nieuwe opportuniteiten.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen de bouwsector of schoonmaaksector. Ervaring in één van beide sectoren volstaat.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet hoe je nieuwe klanten aanspreekt.
  • Je bent sterk in prospectie en durft zelf contact te leggen met potentiële klanten.
  • Je kan commerciële gesprekken voeren en klanten overtuigen van de meerwaarde van de aangeboden diensten.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd om projecten binnen te halen.
  • Je bouwt graag een eigen netwerk uit en onderhoudt bestaande contacten.
  • Je kan gemakkelijk naar het kantoor in Deinze komen.
