¿Tienes experiencia en soporte técnico, infraestructura y monitoreo de redes?

Esta es tu oportunidad de participar en un proyecto estratégico para, compañía colombiana especializada en el transporte y distribución de gas natural.

Buscamos un/a profesional con conocimientos en redes LAN, WAN y WiFi, orientado/a a garantizar la continuidad operativa, identificar incidentes y brindar soporte a la infraestructura tecnológica.

🔧 ¿Qué harás?

  • Monitorear el estado, disponibilidad y rendimiento de la red mediante herramientas como PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix u otras.
  • Atender y realizar seguimiento a incidentes y requerimientos relacionados con conectividad LAN, WAN y WiFi.
  • Ejecutar diagnósticos iniciales, identificar fallas de red y documentar las acciones realizadas.
  • Escalar incidentes de mayor complejidad a equipos de soporte de niveles 2 y 3.
  • Apoyar la administración básica de switches, routers y firewalls.
  • Realizar verificaciones de enlaces, revisión de logs, respaldos de configuraciones y cambios controlados.
  • Documentar procedimientos, configuraciones y soluciones implementadas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los SLA y los procedimientos de operación.
  • Aplicar políticas de seguridad de red en coordinación con el equipo de infraestructura.

🔎 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación como tecnólogo o estudiante de últimos semestres de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en soporte técnico o redes.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en fundamentos de redes: modelo OSI, direccionamiento IP, subnetting y VLANs.
  • Conocimientos en configuración básica de switches y routers, preferiblemente Cisco, Aruba o similares.
  • Manejo de comandos básicos mediante CLI, como Cisco IOS.
  • Capacidad para realizar diagnósticos, documentar incidentes y gestionar escalamientos.
  • Orientación al servicio, atención al detalle y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

⭐ Será un plus

  • Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo como PRTG, SolarWinds o Zabbix.
  • Conocimientos básicos de firewalls y seguridad perimetral.
  • Certificación CCNA (en curso o vigente).
  • Certificación ITIL Foundation.
