O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:

  • Conduzir de forma independente as atividades rotineiras do ciclo de vida dos contratos, utilizando ferramentas e processos habilitados por tecnologia.
  • Analisar termos, mecanismos e obrigações contratuais, identificando oportunidades para proteger e ampliar os resultados comerciais.
  • Identificar e reportar riscos contratuais e comerciais, apoiando a definição e a implementação de ações de mitigação.
  • Transformar informações geradas por ferramentas habilitadas por Inteligência Artificial em análises claras para as equipes de contas e demais partes interessadas.
  • Documentar os impactos de mudanças, operar mecanismos comerciais e identificar alterações de escopo ou demanda em relação à linha de base contratual.
  • Preparar e apoiar fóruns internos e com clientes, apresentando temas relevantes relacionados a contratos, riscos, desempenho e aspectos comerciais.
  • Contribuir para a estruturação de oportunidades, elaboração e revisão de documentos e suporte a negociações, trabalhando em conjunto com as áreas jurídica, financeira e de negócios.

O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:

Buscamos uma pessoa com experiência em gestão de contratos ou em funções comerciais relacionadas, capaz de atuar com autonomia durante o ciclo de vida contratual. Essa pessoa deverá combinar conhecimento de princípios comerciais e contratuais com capacidade analítica para identificar riscos, apoiar negociações e transformar dados em recomendações relevantes para o negócio.

Também esperamos:

  • Capacidade de construir relações de confiança com clientes, equipes de contas, áreas jurídicas, financeiras e de delivery.
  • Comunicação clara, incluindo a habilidade de apresentar temas contratuais e comerciais para diferentes níveis executivos.
  • Postura colaborativa, com disposição para compartilhar conhecimentos e orientar profissionais em início de carreira.
  • Iniciativa, agilidade para aprender e abertura para utilizar novas tecnologias e formas de trabalho.
  • Compromisso com entregas precisas, cumprimento de acordos e comunicação transparente sobre o andamento das atividades.

Qualificações básicas:

  • Experiência mínima de quatro anos em gestão de contratos ou em função comercial relacionada, considerando as práticas de contratação do mercado local.
  • Ensino superior completo ou experiência profissional equivalente.
  • Conhecimento dos princípios básicos de contratação comercial.
  • Experiência no suporte a negociações, análise de documentos contratuais e identificação de riscos comerciais.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas e soluções habilitadas por Inteligência Artificial.
  • Capacidade de utilizar dados e informações contratuais para apoiar decisões comerciais.
  • Disponibilidade para realizar viagens, quando necessário.

Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:

  • Experiência com governança de contas, relatórios contratuais ou gestão de desempenho em ambientes complexos e com diferentes partes interessadas.
  • Vivência em ambientes multiculturais, com equipes distribuídas em diferentes fusos horários.
  • Experiência em mecanismos comerciais, gestão de mudanças e identificação de variações de escopo.
  • Mentalidade de aprendizado contínuo e interesse pela adoção de novas tecnologias.
  • Participação ou associação profissional em instituições como World Commerce & Contracting, WorldCC, ou National Contract Management Association, NCMA.

Relacionamentos:

Supervisão: não possui responsabilidade formal de gestão de pessoas, mas pode orientar e apoiar profissionais mais juniores.

Relacionamentos externos: atuação com profissionais de gestão de contratos, compras e áreas de negócios dos clientes, dentro do escopo definido.

Relacionamentos internos: interação com equipes de contas, jurídico, finanças, delivery e lideranças de gestão de contratos.
