Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Ejecutar y soportar procesos de Data Migration, asegurando la correcta transferencia e integridad de los datos.
  • Monitorear y asegurar la disponibilidad de sistemas productivos, de acuerdo con los SLA definidos.
  • Gestionar y colaborar en la resolución de incidentes y outages, asegurando una comunicación clara y oportuna.
  • Facilitar la restauración de servicios en ambientes productivos ante incidentes o interrupciones.
  • Implementar y mantener procedimientos de Disaster Recovery relacionados con datos y servicios.
  • Administrar prácticas de Data Retention, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas definidas.
  • Trabajar con procesos de Data Access, Data Processing y Data Pipelines.
  • Analizar problemas técnicos y proponer soluciones que permitan mejorar la estabilidad y continuidad de los procesos de datos.
