Must have skills: AI-first consultant with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Azure OpenAI, Python, Automation, and AI Solution Development. Experience identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered solutions across Tax, Finance, and ERP functions to deliver measurable productivity, efficiency, and business value.

Job Summary:

Consultant with strong capabilities in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Automation, and Data Analytics, combined with an understanding of Tax, Finance, and ERP processes. The individual will help clients identify AI-led transformation opportunities and develop practical AI solutions that improve productivity, automate manual activities, enhance decision-making, reduce risk, and enable smarter tax operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist As-Is process assessments and identify productivity, efficiency, and automation opportunities across Tax, Finance, and ERP processes.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize Generative AI, Agentic AI, Copilot, and Automation use cases across Tax Operations, Tax Technology & Reporting,
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered assistants, agents, and workflow solutions that enhance employee productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Build and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Python, APIs, Power Platform, and other AI technologies.
  • Develop retrieval-augmented (RAG) and knowledge-based solutions leveraging tax policies, SOPs, regulatory content, and enterprise data sources.
  • Leverage Vibe Coding to rapidly prototype and develop business solutions using natural language prompts, accelerating solution delivery, experimentation, and innovation while minimizing traditional coding effort.
  • Collaborate with Tax SMEs and Tax Technology teams to integrate AI capabilities into platforms such as ONESOURCE, Vertex, SAP DRC, and SAP tax solutions.
  • Analyze tax and ERP data to identify anomalies, compliance risks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for AI-driven automation and decision support
  • Support end-to-end AI solution delivery from ideation and business case development through implementation, testing, deployment, and value realization.
  • Develop reusable AI assets, prompt libraries, agent templates, accelerators, and automation frameworks that can be scaled across multiple client engagements.
