Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, ensuring that their needs are effectively understood and translated into practical business and technology solutions. The role requires driving discussions around transformation initiatives and the customer journey, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to design functional and application solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer ensures that technology implementations align with business requirements, facilitating seamless integration and supporting clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Watsonx. - Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IBM Watsonx. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
