As a Talent & Organization professional, you will work with clients across a variety of industries to support transformation in areas such as Change Management, Learning Design and Development, Organizational Analytics and HR Transformation.

You will help develop change and learning strategies and solutions that enable organizations and their people to successfully adopt new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Change Management Consulting Analyst, your responsibilities may include:

  • Identify stakeholder challenges, expectations and change impacts, and support the development of change management strategies for business transformation programs.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, communications and change management activities across transformation programs.
  • Leverage digital and collaborative technologies to support change management and communications.
  • Assist clients in strengthening organizational change capabilities and adopting more agile ways of working.
  • Co-create solutions, facilitate user review sessions and support stakeholder alignment discussions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop appropriate mitigation and treatment plans.
  • Support the implementation of strategies that prepare organizations and employees to adopt new business processes, technologies and ways of working.
  • Support change measurement and readiness activities using relevant assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with HR Transformation teams to support change strategies for HR technology implementations, including platforms such as Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
  • Work effectively within diverse, cross-functional and international teams.
  • Contribute to capability and practice-building activities, including knowledge sharing, training, recruiting and community initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, where appropriate.

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant experience supporting or delivering change management, HR transformation or related transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in technology-enabled and digitally driven environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop clear, impactful communications for a range of stakeholder audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant consulting, professional services, change management or transformation experience.
  • Experience in areas such as HR and Talent Management, Learning and Collaboration, Human Capital, Organization Design, Culture Transformation or Leadership Effectiveness.
