Entrando in Accenture Supply Chain & Engineering lavorerai al cuore della value chain - dal sourcing e procurement, all'engineering e R&D, dalla manifattura e operations, ai capital projects - per aiutare le aziende a reinventare l'intera catena del valore, alimentata da dati, AI e tecnologie di nuova generazione. In particolare, nell’area Manufacturing & Operations accompagnerai i clienti nella trasformazione dei processi produttivi, attraverso automazione, tecnologie avanzate e Physical AI. Ottimizzerai fabbriche e operations rendendole più connesse, efficienti e resilienti, grazie all'utilizzo di dati, AI e sistemi intelligenti capaci di agire nel mondo fisico.

Siamo alla ricerca di Manufacturing Solution Architect per guidare la progettazione e l'implementazione di architetture end-to-end in ambito manufacturing e industriale. In questo ruolo chiave, sarai il punto di riferimento tecnico tra stakeholder di business, team di delivery e partner tecnologici, traducendo visioni strategiche in soluzioni concrete e scalabili.

Il tuo ruolo e le tue attività

  • Progetterai architetture di soluzione end-to-end per programmi di trasformazione del manufacturing, integrando robotica industriale, PLC/SCADA, MES/MOM, convergenza IT/OT, piattaforme Industrial IoT (OPC-UA, MQTT, PROFINET, ISA-95/ISA-88) con componenti di AI agentiche e generative AI
  • Guiderai technology assessment e selezione di piattaforme nei domini cobot, AMR/AGV, sistemi di controllo (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Aveva, SAP ME/MII) e digital twin / simulazione / orchestrazione (NVIDIA)
  • Ricoprirai il ruolo di trusted technical advisor per stakeholder di livello Director, VP e C-suite, conducendo workshop di solution design, proof-of-concept e architecture review direttamente presso i siti produttivi dei clienti in Europa
  • Garantirai la governance tecnica dei workstream di architettura in programmi di trasformazione su larga scala, sviluppando business case con impatto quantificato su OEE, throughput, qualità e costi operativi
  • Contribuirai alle attività di pre-sales — solution shaping, risposta a RFP/RFI e proposte commerciali — e gestirai le relazioni con partner strategici quali NVIDIA, Siemens, ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Rockwell Automation, PTC e Dassault Systèmes
  • Svilupperai asset riutilizzabili, acceleratori di soluzione e metodologie di delivery nell'ambito della capability Robotics & Physical AI, facendo da mentor per consultant e architect junior.

​La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui - ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è prevista l’applicazione del CCNL Metalmeccanico/Dirigenti Industria, con uno tra i seguenti livelli di inquadramento e corrispondente fascia di retribuzione annua lorda:

  • A1 € 50.000 e € 71.400
  • Dirigente € 75.000 e € 95,200

Le Tue Caratteristiche

  • 8+ anni di esperienza in manifattura, automazione industriale o consulenza alle operations, di cui almeno 3 anni in un ruolo di Solution Architect, Technical Lead o Principal Consultant con responsabilità di architettura end-to-end
  • Padronanza dello stack tecnologico manifatturiero: robotica industriale e collaborativa (KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, Universal Robots), sistemi PLC/SCADA, MES/MOM, integrazione ERP (SAP S/4HANA) e cybersecurity OT (IEC 62443). Conoscenza dell'ecosistema NVIDIA (Omniverse, Isaac, Metropolis, CUDA) costituisce un plus
  • Esperienza nei settori: Automotive, Aerospazio & Difesa, Life Sciences & Pharma, FMCG, Macchinari industriali
  • Capacità di costruire relazioni con stakeholder senior, tradurre requisiti operativi complessi in blueprint tecnici e guidare engagement multi-workstream in contesti internazionali

Nice to have

  • Certificazioni su piattaforme industriali (Siemens, Rockwell, PTC) o framework architetturali (TOGAF, ISA/IEC 62443)​
