RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Gérer le profil global du risque de crédit et la qualité en veillant au respect du cadre approuvé de gestion du risque de crédit ainsi que des processus d’identification, de contrôle, de gestion et de reporting du risque de crédit.

MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS SPÉCIFIQUES

1. Activités régulières et routinières

  • Mettre en œuvre les stratégies et politiques de crédit alignées sur les critères globaux d’acceptation du risque de la banque.
  • Établir un cadre approprié pour la gestion du portefeuille de crédit afin de s’assurer que l’exposition de la banque aux pertes de crédit reste au minimum.
  • Surveiller, revoir et analyser la conformité avec les directives de la direction concernant la position globale de crédit par rapport aux différents segments de marché ; soulever les problématiques et formuler des recommandations adéquates.
  • Autoriser/approuver les demandes de facilités, conformément aux niveaux d’autorité requis.
  • Mettre en place un cadre de gestion administrative du crédit afin d’assurer une administration adéquate des expositions de crédit et de maîtriser la création de risques de crédit pour minimiser les pertes.
  • Veiller à une couverture de garanties cohérente pour sécuriser la position de la banque.
  • Élaborer des stratégies pour maintenir la qualité du portefeuille de crédit.
  • Mettre en place un cadre réactif et des stratégies pour assurer l’identification et la gestion rapides des défaillances de crédit.
  • Fournir un leadership visionnaire à l’équipe et orienter ses activités pour garantir l’atteinte des objectifs.

Requirements

SPÉCIFICATIONS DU POSTE

  • Formation minimale : Bac+4 dans n’importe quelle discipline.
  • Formation professionnelle : Droit bancaire / Réglementations
  • Expérience minimale : Au moins 12 ans d’expérience post-qualification en gestion du risque de crédit dans le secteur des services financiers, dont au moins 6 ans dans un poste de Responsabilité dans le secteur bancaire,
