Assurer la prise en charge globale des patients, en garantissant des soins de qualité, personnalisés et adaptés à leurs besoins.

Dispenser des soins infirmiers préventifs, curatifs et éducatifs, conformément aux protocoles et aux bonnes pratiques professionnelles.

Évaluer l-état clinique des patients, surveiller son évolution et adapter les interventions en conséquence.

Administrer les traitements et réaliser les actes médico-techniques relevant de son champ de compétences.

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes médicales et pluridisciplinaires afin de garantir la continuité des soins.

Assurer les transmissions ciblées et la tenue rigoureuse du dossier patient.

S-intégrer rapidement aux équipes et s-adapter aux spécificités des différents services.

Compétences ##

Diplôme d-infirmier HES ou titre équivalent reconnu en Suisse.

Expérience professionnelle en milieu hospitalier souhaitée.

Bonnes connaissances des pratiques et protocoles de soins infirmiers.

Capacité d-adaptation à différents environnements et équipes de soins.

* *

Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.

Excellentes compétences relationnelles et esprit d-équipe.

Flexibilité, réactivité et capacité à prendre rapidement ses repères.
