Votre mission

* * Assurer l-accueil, l-évaluation et la prise en charge des patients se présentant aux urgences. * * Identifier rapidement les situations critiques et prioriser les soins selon le degré d-urgence. * * Réaliser les soins infirmiers techniques et les actes délégués dans le respect des protocoles en vigueur. * * Assurer une surveillance clinique rigoureuse et réagir efficacement face aux situations d-urgence vitale. * * Collaborer étroitement avec les médecins urgentistes et les différentes équipes pluridisciplinaires. * * Participer à la préparation et à la gestion du matériel d-urgence. * * Garantir une transmission précise et complète des informations afin d-assurer la continuité des soins. *

Compétences ##

Votre profil

* * Diplôme d-Infirmier(ère) reconnu en Suisse ou reconnaissance délivrée par la Croix-Rouge suisse (CRS). * * Minimum 2 ans d-expérience en milieu hospitalier aigu, idéalement service des urgences. * * Excellentes compétences en gestion des situations d-urgence et des soins techniques. * * Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique à forte activité. * * Excellente gestion du stress, sens des priorités et réactivité. * * Esprit d-équipe, autonomie et sens des responsabilités. *
