Vi är en specialiserad palliativ slutenvårdsavdelning som nyligen har öppnat i centrala Stockholm. Vår avdelning fokuserar på att erbjuda högkvalitativ vård och stöd till patienter med livshotande sjukdomar, med ett helhetsperspektiv på både fysisk och psykosocial omsorg. En positiv, engagerad och varm person som vill bli en del av vårt dedikerade team. Du kommer att spela en avgörande roll i att ge våra patienter och deras familjer den bästa möjliga vården och stödet i en svår tid. Arbetsuppgifter Ge palliativ omvårdnad och stöd till patienter med livshotande sjukdomar. Arbeta nära vårdteamet för att säkerställa en trygg och värdig vård. Dokumentera i TakeCare och följa upp patienters tillstånd och välbefinnande. Delta i vårdplanering och teammöten för att bidra till en god arbetsmiljö. Kvalifikationer Flytande svenska i tal och skrift. Undersköterskautbildning Erfarenhet inom palliativ vård eller slutenvård är meriterande, men inte ett krav.
