The posting

accessiBe is the market leader in web accessibility that makes websites accessible to people with disabilities. accessiBe is more than a workplace, it’s a passion. Each day you’re surrounded by people who share the same goal and values, who work endlessly to break down accessibility barriers. We care about all people, regardless of their ability. We hire people that are determined to succeed and who are not afraid of rapid change. Our core values showcase who we are and we strive to focus on excellence and sincerity.

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own accessiBe's market-facing product marketing from our New York office. You'll report to the Head of Product Marketing and work as their counterpart in the US, close to our sales team, customers and analysts.

This is a hands-on role. You'll own your work from A to Z: research, competitive analysis, analyst relations, industry campaigns, sales enablement and customer stories. Where a process doesn't exist yet, you'll build it.

What will you do:

  • Market and customer research: lead buyer, persona and market research, and run the win/loss program that turns field signal into insight for positioning, product and GTM.
  • Competitive analysis: own competitive intelligence across our product lines, track competitor moves, and keep the organization current on how we compare.
  • Analyst relations: co-own analyst relations with the brand team, managing relationships and briefings with industry analysts and leading our submissions and evaluations.
  • Industry campaigns: build campaigns around regulation and industry trends (ADA, AODA, DOJ Title II and more) with the content and demand gen teams.
  • Sales enablement: create and deliver the materials and training our sales and account management teams use every day, including pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling and launch enablement.
  • Case studies: source, build and publish customer stories that show real outcomes, working with customers, sales and legal.
  • Process building: set up repeatable processes for each of the above, and measure how they affect pipeline, win rates and adoption.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • A hands-on approach: you do the work yourself, not only direct it
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional processes from start to finish
  • Strong research skills: you dig into customers, markets and competitors, and turn what you find into clear insights that drive decisions
  • A builder's mindset: you create processes and structure where none exist, rather than relying on ones already in place
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and see ongoing change as an advantage
  • You already use AI tools in your daily work (research, analysis, content, workflows) and can show how they make you faster and better
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the judgment to keep claims precise and backed by evidence
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and creating enablement that reps actually use

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a regulated market such as compliance, legal tech, security or accessibility
  • Analyst relations experience with firms such as Gartner or Forrester
  • Experience marketing to both technical buyers (developers) and business buyers

What we offer:

In addition to extensive training and development plans:

  • A salary band of $140,000 to $180,000 based on your experience and skill set
  • Career planning and growth opportunities
  • The chance to be a key part of accessiBe's platform growth

Please don't hesitate to share your needs when applying so that we can provide the necessary accommodations for an accessible and inclusive recruitment process.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
