We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Lead Developer/Architect to design, develop, and implement robust solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce implementations. Experience in Salesforce frameworks, integration techniques, and Nonprofit Cloud is essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and AURA frameworks.
  • Lead the development of custom applications and workflows, including Salesforce Flows.
  • Utilize Omni-Script, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures to build advanced, customized solutions.
  • Manage and optimize integrations (inbound and outbound) with third-party systems.
  • Provide architectural guidance and best practices to ensure optimal Salesforce performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.
  • Develop and implement solutions leveraging Nonprofit Cloud for relevant use cases.
  • Use tools like Bitbucket or GitHub for version control and efficient code management.
  • Conduct rigorous unit testing to ensure the quality and reliability of code.
  • Actively participate in Agile processes, including scrum ceremonies, to meet project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
  • Expertise in Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and AURA frameworks.
  • Proficient in Omni-Script, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of integration strategies and APIs.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of advanced coding patterns and Salesforce best practices.
  • Good-to-have: Certification in Salesforce Architect or Developer roles.
