ACCIONA, en su división de Facility Services selecciona un/a Ingeniero/a de Proyectos de Protección Contra Incendios para su Delegación de Madrid.

Descripción del puesto

Misión: Colaborar y apoyar en los proyectos llevados a cabo por su unidad/departamento, de acuerdo a las directrices dadas por su responsable, a fin de ejecutar las tareas que se le deleguen para cumplir con las necesidades del proyecto.

Son responsables de la ejecución de los contratos de servicios. Planifican, optimizan y supervisan la utilización de los recursos para asegurar que los servicios se ejecutan conforme a las especificaciones y coste establecidos. Entre sus funciones más comunes están: Gestionar los contratos, elaborar estimaciones presupuestarias, planificar y fijar las fases del servicio, supervisar las actividades de los subcontratistas y del personal subordinado y operarios, verificar la calidad del trabajo durante todas las fases del servicio, etc.

Funciones:

- Diseño y dimensionamiento de sistemas de PCI a través de planimetría o mediante la toma de datos en un replanteo previo en obra. - Selección de equipamiento: elección de la tecnología más apropiada para cada subsistema, elección de fabricantes, petición de ofertas a proveedores, etc…. - Análisis de costes del proyecto: realización de oferta económica y estudio de costes. - Comprobación de que los sistemas de PCI instalados en nuestros clientes, por personal propio y por las empresas de PCI privada, cumplen con la normativa de los organismos competentes. - Gestión con proveedores, con contratas para cumplir los plazos establecidos y revisión de la documentación los mantenimientos correspondientes de los sistemas instalados.

Requisitos del candidato

Requisitos:

-Formación en Ingeniería Industrial o equivalente, habilitante para la profesión de ingeniero de PCI. -Valorable master especializado PCI. -Experiencia mínima de entre 3 y 5 años en gestión de proyectos similares -Conocimientos en planificación, control de costes, gestión de proveedores y coordinación de equipos.
