Descripción del empleo

  • Garantizar que las cuentas asignadas sean atendidas para generar ingresos
  • Garantizar el segumiento a los acuerdos generados con cada una de las cuentas asignadas
  • Garantizar la implementacion de agenda de eventos de prospección, atencion y seguimiento a las cuentas asignadas
  • Garantizar que los clientes, equipo comercial de los hoteles y revenue cuenten con la infirmacion clara, precisa y puntual acerca de las condiciones comerciales de los acuerdos y actualizaciones de la marca.
  • Garantizar que los prospectos de cliente para marcas L&L y resorts sean atendidos por el área correspondiente
  • Garantizar que Ventas y operaciones de los hoteles cuente con la informacion clara, precisa y puntual acerca de las nesecidades particulares de los clientes
  • Garantizar la coordinacion con proveedores para la realizacion de los eventos organizados por el área
  • Garantizar que Ventas regionales Chile & Perú cuenten con la información clara, precisa y puntual acerca de la operación del área
  • Garantizar que los hoteles y anfitriones cuenten con apoyo para la gestion de pagos pendientes y/o extraordinarios por parte de los clientes que formen parte de las cuentas asignadas.

Requisitos

  • 5 años de Experiencia en el área
  • Estudios en Administracion de empresas turisticas.
  • Inglés B2
