Job Description

As a Kids Activities Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the fun—creating engaging, interactive experiences that keep children entertained and families smiling.

From arts and crafts to games, sports, and themed activities, you’ll help design and deliver experiences that make every stay memorable for our VIKs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver fun and engaging activities including games, crafts, sports, and themed sessions
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children (our VIKs)
  • Engage with kids in a positive, energetic, and supportive way
  • Communicate with parents and guardians as needed
  • Work with the wider team to ensure smooth daily activity operations

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability across weekends, school holidays, and flexible shifts
  • Experience working with children (childcare, camps, schools, or similar) preferred
  • Current Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check)
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for working with kids
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests of all ages
  • CPR and First Aid certifications highly regarded
