Descrição da vaga

Auxiliar na execução das atividades de conservação de patrimônio, efetuando manutenção de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações (pequena e média complexidade), seguindo critérios e procedimentos preestabelecidos, sob orientação.

  • Auxiliar e executar as atividades de manutenção preventiva, baseando-se em check-list, verificando/inspecionando o funcionamento de bombas, caixa d’água, iluminação, geradores ou aquecedores de água quente, ar condicionado, executando os serviços e informando ao seu superior sobre os problemas detectados.
  • Executar manutenção corretiva nos apartamentos, atendendo a chamados mais simples (troca de lâmpadas, vazamentos etc.).
  • Realizar a limpeza e pintura de áreas técnicas.
  • Auxiliar na execução dos serviços da área, envolvendo alvenaria e pintura, bem como transportando ferramentas, parafusando peças, passando cabos e outros de caráter correlato.
  • Efetuar leitura e registrar o consumo diário de gás, água e energia.
  • Cumprir procedimentos relativos ao uso de EPI e EPC.
  • Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.

Qualificações

Conhecimento básico de elétrica, hidráulica, civil e eletrônica

Ensino médio completo. Curso técnico em manutenção predial é um diferencial

Curso de NR10 desejável
