Description du poste

  • Aide à assurer le bon fonctionnement des services et un rythme d’activité soutenu en gérant son secteur
  • Aide à améliorer l'esprit d'équipe
  • Contribue globalement à la satisfaction des clients par la qualité de son travail grâce à un comportement exemplaire
  • Assure la mise en place et l’approvisionnement du bar
  • Met en avant sa passion pour la création de cocktails extraordinaires
  • Prépare et servir les consommations en créant l’animation et la relation client
  • Met en valeur les promotions, les cocktails et les produits du bar.
  • Gère la facturation et les stocks
  • Veille à la propreté de son lieu de travail et au respect de la législation application aux débits de boissons
  • Se comporte et agit de manière exemplaire, incarnant l'esprit de la marque.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, incluant de préférence une expérience 5 étoiles et/ou un service client de marque de luxe.
  • Sens du détail et mise en avant de la qualité du service
  • Engagement minimum de 12 mois.
  • Créatif et passionné
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tout autre langue et un atout
  • Flexibilité pour travailler sur une liste tournante de 7 jours, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.
  • Plage horaire de travail essentiellement le soir
  • Capacité organisationnelle
  • Bonne présentation
