İş Tanımı

Türkiye’nin İstanbul kentindeki dinamik konaklama ekibimize katılacak, işine tutkulu ve detaylara özen gösteren bir Bellperson arıyoruz. Bellperson olarak, misafirlerimiz için ilk temas noktası olacak ve olağanüstü hizmetinizle samimi misafirperverliğinizle konaklamalarının gidişatını belirleyeceksiniz. En yüksek profesyonellik ve özen standartlarını korurken, unutulmaz deneyimler yaratmada hayati bir rol oynayacaksınız. Bu pozisyon, misafir memnuniyetine olan bağlılığınızın tesisimizin itibarını ve başarısını doğrudan etkilediği, hızlı tempolu ve işbirliğine dayalı bir ortamda çalışma fırsatı sunar.

  • Konukları varış ve ayrılışlarında sıcak bir şekilde karşılayacak, bagaj ve eşyalarına titiz bir özen ve dikkatle yardımcı olacaksınız
  • Tesisin yerleşim planı ve olanakları hakkında bilgi sahibi olduğunuzu göstererek, konukların bagajlarını odalarına güvenli ve verimli bir şekilde taşıyacaksınız
  • Konukların ihtiyaçlarını önceden tahmin ederek proaktif olarak yardım sunmak ve check-in’den check-out’a kadar kesintisiz ve misafirperver bir deneyim sağlamak
  • Konukların eşyalarını taşırken ve kısıtlı alanlara erişirken tüm güvenlik ve emniyet protokollerine sıkı sıkıya uymak
  • Koordineli ve olağanüstü bir konuk hizmeti sunmak için resepsiyon, oda temizlik ve diğer departmanlarla etkili bir şekilde işbirliği yapmak
  • Tesisin yüksek standartlarını ve marka değerlerini yansıtan kusursuz bir görünüm ve profesyonel bir tavır sergilemek
  • Konukların taleplerine ve özel ihtiyaçlarına derhal yanıt vermek; sorun çözmede empati ve esneklik göstermek
  • Bagaj depolama alanlarını düzenlemek ve yönetmek; temizlik, güvenlik ve eşyaların verimli bir şekilde teslim alınmasını sağlamak
