Le Restaurant Ernest recherche son Chef de Partie (H/F) !

L'équipe d'Olivier KAUFFMANN est guidée par le respect du produit, la saisonnalité. Le chef aime mettre à l'honneur des associations franches, des cuissons maîtrisées et des textures enveloppantes.

Chaque plat est imaginé pour raconter une histoire : celle d'une cuisine sincère, élégante et gourmande.

Vous êtes passionné(e) par la cuisine, créatif(ve) et aimez travailler des produits frais et de saison ? Rejoignez notre équipe et participez à l’élaboration de plats qui font plaisir à nos clients !

Votre mission

Sous la responsabilité du Chef Exécutif et du Sous-Chef, vous :

  • Préparez et réalisez les plats dans le respect des fiches techniques et des délais.
  • Assurez la mise en place et l’envoi des plats avec rigueur et qualité.
  • Garantissez la régularité, la présentation et le goût de chaque assiette.
  • Veillez à la propreté de votre poste et au respect des normes d’hygiène HACCP.
  • Participez aux inventaires et à la gestion des livraisons de marchandises.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme : CAP, BEP, Bac Pro Cuisine ou expérience équivalente.
  • Dynamique, rapide, efficace et polyvalent(e).
  • Créatif(ve), curieux(se) et force de proposition.
  • Sens du détail, rigueur et organisation.
  • Professionnel(le), courtois(e) et à l’écoute de l’équipe et des clients.
  • Passion pour la cuisine et envie de relever de nouveaux défis chaque jour !
