Te invitamos a formar parte del mundo de la hospitalidad de lujo en Fairmont Mayakoba como nuestro(a) nuevo(a) Coordinador de People & Culture.

Lo que hará:

  • Atención a los colegas en todo lo relacionado con Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoyo a las áreas de Reclutamiento, Capacitación, Relaciones Laborales y Beneficios y Compensaciones.
  • Apoyo a la Asistente de la Directora y a la Directora de People & Culture en las tareas que se le asignen.

Requisitos

Su experiencia y habilidades incluyen:

  • Habilidad de planeación, organización y atención al detalle.
  • Habilidad de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Pasión por las personas y la habilidad de construir relaciones auténticas.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés.
