Description du poste

Nous recherchons une Femme/Valet de chambre efficace pour rejoindre notre équipe à Marseille. À ce poste, vous serez chargé·e de veiller au respect des normes les plus strictes en matière de propreté et d'organisation dans l'ensemble de nos locaux. En tant que Femme/valet de chambre, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la création d'un environnement accueillant et hygiénique pour nos clients et notre personnel. Nous recherchons une personne passionnée par la prestation d’un service d’exception, fière de son travail et épanouie dans un environnement de travail collaboratif.

  • Nettoyer, ranger et entretenir les chambres, les salles de bains et les espaces communs selon les normes les plus strictes en matière d’hygiène et de présentation - Effectuer les tâches quotidiennes d’entretien avec le souci du détail, en veillant à ce que tous les espaces soient organisés et bien entretenus - Identifier et traiter les problèmes d’entretien ou les dégâts, en les signalant sans délai à la direction - Approvisionner et organiser les produits et équipements de nettoyage de manière efficace
  • Respecter les protocoles de nettoyage et les procédures de sécurité établis afin de garantir un environnement de travail sûr - Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe pour respecter les plannings de nettoyage quotidiens et atteindre les objectifs de l’établissement - Répondre aux demandes des clients et à leurs besoins spécifiques en matière de nettoyage avec une approche centrée sur le client et empreinte d’empathie - Faire preuve de flexibilité dans la gestion des horaires et s’adapter aux changements de priorités tout au long de la journée
  • Faire preuve de fiabilité et de ponctualité dans toutes les tâches et tous les horaires de travail qui vous sont confiés - Soutenir l’équipe dans le maintien d’une culture d’entreprise positive et inclusive

Qualifications

Compétences et expérience requises : - Expérience avérée en tant que Femme/valet de chambre - Compétences en matière d’organisation et de gestion du temps, avec la capacité de hiérarchiser plusieurs tâches - Souci du détail et engagement à maintenir des normes de propreté élevées
