Description du poste

  • Offrir en permanence un service professionnel, avenant et attachant ;
  • Nettoyer toutes les chambres assignées, notamment dépoussiérer, faire les lits, retirer le linge sale des chambres et récupérer le linge propre dans les placards à linge, passer l’aspirateur, nettoyer la salle de bains, nettoyer l’intérieur des fenêtres, réapprovisionner les chambres ;
  • Signer un registre quotidiennement lorsque les passe-partout sont confiés et rendus ;
  • Veiller à l’utilisation appropriée des produits et de l’équipement de nettoyage ;
  • Mettre à jour et consigner la liste de toutes les chambres propres ;
  • Étiqueter correctement tous les objets perdus et les remettre au bureau de l’entretien ménager ;
  • Respecter les politiques, les procédures et les standards de service du département ;
  • Signaler les éléments nécessitant un entretien ;
  • Respecter toutes les politiques d’hygiène et de sécurité ;
  • Autres tâches, telles qu’assignées

Qualifications

Compétences requises : - Au moins 6 mois d'expérience dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie ou dans un environnement similaire lié à l'entretien ménager - Capacité à effectuer des tâches physiques, notamment soulever des charges, se baisser et rester debout pendant de longues périodes - Grand souci du détail et engagement à respecter des normes d'hygiène rigoureuses - Connaissance des techniques de nettoyage appropriées, des produits et des protocoles de sécurité relatifs aux équipements - Fiabilité et ponctualité, avec un taux d'assiduité irréprochable Compétences souhaitées :

  • Expérience professionnelle dans un hôtel, un complexe touristique ou un environnement similaire du secteur de l'hôtellerie - Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation - Solides aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe - Expérience en service à la clientèle axée sur la satisfaction des clients

- CDD du 01/08/26 au 30/09/26 pouvant se transformer en CDI

- 130 H par semaine soit 5 jours 8h30 à 15h15 dont 45 minutes de pause. Repas fournis

- Salaire 12.31 euros brut par heure
