Description du poste

Réceptionniste (H/F/X)

Embauche dès que possible.

La première impression est toujours la bonne! En tant que Réceptionniste, vous prenez soin de nos clients depuis leur arrivée jusqu'à leur départ, en vous assurant qu'ils vivent une expérience mémorable.

Relation client

  • Assurer les opérations liées à l'accueil et au départ du client de manière personnalisée dans le respect des procédures internes
  • Gérer les appels téléphonique et demandes de réservation
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction permanente du client répondant à ses demandes en assurant une prestation de qualité tout au long de son séjour
  • Participer à la fidélisation de la clientèle en présentant le programme de fidélité

Commercial/Vente

  • Valoriser les différentes prestations de l’hôtel pour optimiser les ventes
  • Valoriser le programme de fidélité du groupe
  • Développer/ Animer et vendre boissons et encas au bar
  • Vendre et participer au service du petit déjeuner

Gestion

  • Attribuer les chambres de la clientèle individuelle, groupe en respectant les procédures et demandes particulières
  • Respecter les procédures en matière de facturation et d’encaissement
  • Sécuriser le CA et le fonds de caisse

Hygiène et sécurité

  • Veiller à la propreté de son lieu de travail
  • Connaitre et appliquer les règles de sécurité de l’hôtel
  • Veiller à la sécurité des biens et des personnes

Qualifications

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) du Baccalauréat ou BTS Hotellerie Restauration
  • Vous avez une première expérience réussie ou vous souhaitez apprendre l'hôtellerie restauration
  • Vous parlez français et anglais couramment
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’un esprit commercial et avez une capacité à vous adapter aux besoins du service te des clients
  • Vous avez un sens de l’accueil et êtes doté d’une aisance relationnelle
  • Dynamique, vous avez le sens de l’organisation et de l’anticipation
  • Vous maîtrisez les procédures de check-in/check-out
  • Maîtriser le logiciel FOLS est un plus
