Job Description

  • Be the voice of our guests. Monitor guest feedback, respond to reviews, and work with our teams to make every experience better.
  • Inspire a culture of care. Work hand in hand with every department to deliver warm, seamless, and memorable guest experiences.
  • Keep raising the bar. Champion our brand standards while bringing your own personality, creativity, and passion to everything you do.

Qualifications

  • A passion for hospitality and a genuine love of making people happy.
  • A degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or guest relations, ideally with supervisory or managerial experience.
  • A natural talent for listening, problem-solving, and turning tricky situations around.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with additional languages a definite plus.
  • A positive, hands-on attitude and the confidence to make thoughtful decisions that put guests first.
