HYDE Dubai is looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Front Office Intern to join our team!

Expected Start Date: February 2027.

This opportunity offers aspiring hospitality professionals the chance to gain valuable practical experience in a lifestyle hotel setting, enhance their communication and guest relations skills, and develop a deeper understanding of delivering personalized service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information in a courteous manner.
  • Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining accurate records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the reception calendar efficiently.
  • Respond to emails and written inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of front desk equipment and systems.
  • Support other team members and departments as needed.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for hospitality.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
