Le Grand Hôtel Roi René**** MGallery recherche son/sa futur(e) plongeur(s)e.

Au sein d'un établissement de 131 chambres, mêlant restauration, séminaires et événements, vous contribuerez au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine en assurant le nettoyage et le rangement de la vaisselle, des ustensiles et du matériel de cuisine. Vous veillerez également à maintenir les espaces de travail propres et conformes aux règles d'hygiène en vigueur. Par votre rigueur, votre réactivité et votre esprit d'équipe, vous participerez au bon déroulement du service et au confort de nos clients.

Votre mission :

Au cœur de la cuisine, le plongeur assure la propreté de la vaisselle, du matériel et des espaces de travail. Il contribue au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine en garantissant un environnement propre, organisé et conforme aux normes d’hygiène.

Technique métier :

Assurer la plonge aux différents services (matin, midi, soir)

Nettoyer, sécher et ranger la vaisselle ainsi que le matériel de cuisine

Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des machines de plonge et assurer leur mise en route

Organiser l’espace plonge pour faciliter le travail de l’équipe

Suivre les stocks de produits d’entretien et signaler les besoins

Hygiène et sécurité :

Maintenir la propreté des espaces : cuisine, plonge, quai de livraison, réfectoire et local poubelle

Nettoyer régulièrement les sols, plans de travail et équipements

Assurer le tri, la gestion et la sortie des déchets

Veiller à la bonne gestion de la vaisselle entre les services

Respecter les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et les consignes en cas d’évacuation incendie

Qualifications

Le profil recherché

  • Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e)
  • Vous avez le sens de l’hygiène et de la propreté
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez faire preuve de réactivité pendant les services
  • Vous êtes autonome, fiable et impliqué(e) dans les tâches qui vous sont confiées
  • Une première expérience en plonge ou en cuisine est appréciée, mais les débutants motivés sont les bienvenus
