Description du poste

Réceptionniste de nuit Polyvalent (H/F/X)

Vous vous couchez parfois à l’heure où les gens se lèvent ? Nous avons le poste qui vous permettra d’être un oiseau de nuit!

En tant que Réceptionniste, vous prenez soin de nos clients depuis leur arrivée jusqu'à leur départ, en vous assurant qu'ils vivent une expérience mémorable.

Votre rôle :

● Vous saurez accueillir chaleureusement nos clients lors de leur check-in et vous leur donnerez envie de revenir lors de leur check-out.

● Véritable relais pour les équipes, vous transmettrez les informations du-soir-au-matin-et-du-matin-au-soir.

● La nuit, notre hôtel est votre domaine, vous serez responsable de nos clients, de leurs besoins et de leur sécurité.

● Vous apprécierez les bavardages téléphoniques avec nos clients, pour une réservation, une demande d’info ou une recommandation !

● Vous êtes en charge des cuissons et de la préparation du buffet petit déjeuner.

● Impliqué dans la commercialisation des prestations ibis, vous aimez promouvoir nos services.

● L’expérience client doit être parfaite et vous en êtes le garant !
