Notre hôtel IBIS STYLES STRASBOURG CENTRE REPUBLIQUE, propose 85 chambres, une offre de petit-déjeuner, 3 salles de réunion ainsi qu'un bar dans le quartier très agréable des Contades/Neustadt.

Description du poste

Afin de renforcer notre équipe sur la période du Marché de Noël, nous recherchons un Réceptionniste. Le poste est à pourvoir à partir de début novembre en CDD de 2-3 mois, sur une base de 37,5h/semaine sur 5 jours. Les shifts seront essentiellement en après-midi et en soirée, avec une polyvalence sur le service bar (préparation et service des boissons et de l'offre de petite restauration).

La première impression est toujours la bonne ! En tant que Réceptionniste, vous prenez soin de nos clients depuis leur arrivée jusqu'à leur départ, en vous assurant qu'ils vivent une expérience mémorable.

Vos missions au quotidien :

  • Vous assurez un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux et vous assurez du bon déroulement du séjour de chaque client.
  • Vous gérez les réservations et faites le lien avec les différents départements de l’hôtel selon les demandes clients.
  • Vous participez activement au service au bar : préparation des boissons et de l'offre de petite restauration, service, plonge, encaissement.
  • Vous gérez la facturation des nuitées et différents services proposés par l'hôtel et assurez le suivi des flux financiers.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

  • Rigoureux, attentif aux autres et à l’environnement qui vous entoure : vous contribuez à rendre le séjour aussi irréprochable qu’inoubliable en apportant votre petite touche personnelle !
  • Doté d’un solide esprit d’équipe et d’un sens du relationnel aiguisé, vous êtes aux petits soins des besoins des clients.
  • Très à l’aise en français et en anglais (impératif), vous maîtrisez éventuellement une 3e langue.
  • Dynamique et polyvalent, les journées qui ne se ressemblent pas ne vous font pas peur !
  • Vous avez première expérience en réception, et en restauration ou dans un bar, ou au moins dans l'hôtellerie en général.
