Vous incarnerez l’excellence de nos services en accueillant dès leur arrivée nos clients avec courtoisie et attention. Loin de se limiter à l’enregistrement des arrivées et des départs, votre rôle vous amènera à anticiper leurs besoins, de répondre à l'ensemble de leurs attentes en tentant également de mettre en avant nos services et prestations, et de répondre à leurs réclamations en collaborant avec l'équipe des relations clientèles. Vous apprécierez au quotidien le plaisir de créer pour eux une expérience personnalisée.

Votre équipe vous formera et vous accompagnera dans le respect des procédures et standards internes du groupe ACCOR et de la marque Sofitel, en vue de vous donner les clefs pour devenir un(e) parfait(e) Ambassadeur(rice) de l'hôtel, avec sérénité, confiance et autonomie.

Qualifications

Votre contribution

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience en Hôtellerie de Luxe, univers dont vous maitrisez les codes
  • Idéalement, vous avez déjà occupé un poste similaire ou bien avec une forte dimension en relation clients
  • Vous pratiquez l'anglais couramment, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Une seconde langue serait appréciée.
  • La connaissance du logiciel Opéra Cloud est un plus.
  • D'excellente présentation, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre très bon relationnel avec l'ensemble de vos interlocuteurs et avez le sens du service et êtes à l’écoute.
  • Vous travaillez en équipe, êtes organisé(e) et avez le sens des priorités.
