Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing safe and comfortable shuttle transportation to and from the Telluride and Montrose airports.
- Ensuring timely delivery of Guests’ luggage, messages, and other items throughout the property.
- Providing personalized room orientations in a warm and professional manner.
- Delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Attending scheduled departmental meetings.
- Assisting Owners and Guests with hotel information and services in an informative and helpful manner.
- Following all departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining a welcoming presence in the Reception Area as an ambassador of the property and brand.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License in good standing required
- 21 Years of age or older with 5+ years of driving experience
- Previous experience in guest services department preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
Additional Information
Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.
Starting hourly wage: $20.02/hr
