Situé sur la presqu’île de Quiberon, l’hôtel Mercure ouvre ses portes après une rénovation totale. Cet hôtel 4* est composé de 80 chambres, d’un restaurant proposant une cuisine portée sur l’océan, d’une piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi, hammam, sauna et cabines de soins.

SECOND DE CUISINE

Sous la responsabilité du Chef, vos principales missions seront de :

  • Seconder le chef et prendre sa relève lors de ses absences
  • Contribuer au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité de la production.
  • Assurer de façon autonome la production des plats conformément aux fiches techniques
  • Manager, animer le travail des équipes
  • Contribuer de façon globale à la satisfaction de la clientèle par la qualité de votre travail et l’exemplarité de votre comportement
  • Participer à la bonne coordination entre la cuisine et la salle
  • Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité

Qualifications

  • Titulaire d'un CAP cuisine (ou autre diplôme), vous êtes motivé(e), passionné(e) par la cuisine.
  • Vous disposez d’expériences significatives à un poste ou dans un établissement similaire.
  • Doté(e) d’un bon relationnel, vous êtes dynamique
  • Vous aimez le travail en équipe
